Payment of the registration fee entitles participants to attend all sessions, coffee breaks and meals, 'ice-breaker' and symposium dinner during evening boat tour through the harbour of Rotterdam, and to receive a free copy of the symposium book. Hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.

Hotel accommodation
Special arrangements have been made with the NH Leeuwenhorst Conference Centre, a four-star hotel. Hotel rooms will be booked by the WMSM-3 secretariat. Prices below are per person per 3 nights. Breakfast and taxes are included.

Regarding double room: in the electronical registration forms (open 1 September 2011) either you can mention the name of the person you want to share the room with, or you indicate to agree that the WMSM-3 secretariat will choose a roommate for you.

Cancellation
The symposium secretariat must be informed of any cancellations or changes in delegate names, in writing by letter or fax. For cancellations received before 1 February 2012 all fees, less than 40 EURO in administration costs, will be reimbursed. After this date, the full registration fee will be charged. Refunds will be made after the symposium.
